New Delhi , the 13th May 1970
S.O. 1750.- In pursuance of clause 12B and 12E of the Colliery Control Order , 1945 , as continued in force by section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of theof the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministrynistry of Steel , Mines and Metals ( Department of Mines and Metals )1s ) No. S.OS.O. 2464, dated the 24th July , 1967 , namely:---
In the said notification , after the words " non - coking coals of all grades " the words " excluding blendable coals " shall be inserted.
