O.1751—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, and in addition to the officers appointed by its notification No. 434/UP/67(1), dated the 11th January, 1967, the Election Commission hereby appoints the Additional Sub-Divisional Officer/Additional Sub-Divisional Megistrate Sadar, Sultanpur, as the officer to assist the Returning Officer for 25-Sultanpur parliament constituency in the performance of his functions.
