O.1751—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, and in addition to the officers appointed by its notification No. 434/UP/67(I), dated the 11 th January 1967, the Election Commission hereby appoints the Additional Sub-Divisional Officer' Additional Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sadar, Sultanpur, as the officer to assist the Returning Officer for 25 -Sulterpur parliamentary constituency the performance of his functions.
