SUBJECT:-Import Policy for Registered exporters for the year April 1970- March 1971 (Amendment No. 7) .
No. 73 - ITC ( PN ) / 70 -Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters con- tained in Volume II of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Red Book) for the year April 1970- March 1971 , issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 48 - ITC (PN) / 70 dated the 31st March 1970 .

2. The following amendments may be made at the appropriate places as indicated below:-
