New Delhi, the 31st August 1970

S.O. 2872/18A(l)(b)/IDRA/70.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub-section (1) of section 18A of the Industries (Development end Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notified order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 3091/18A/IDRA/67, dated the 2nd September. 1967, namely:—

In the said order—

in clause 5, for the words "three years" the words "three years and nine months" shall be substituted
