S.O. 3263.—In partial modification of the Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade (Department of Industrial Development) Order No. S.O. 361/ 15/IDRA/70, dated the 18th January, 1971 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (ii), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. P. V. Seshadri, Adviser (Technical), National Textile Corporation Ltd.. vice Shri V. V. S.
