New Delhi , the 2nd September 1970
S.O. 2969.- Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and IndustryIndustry No. S.O. 581 , dated the 4th March , 1963 , read with the Orders of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 816 , dated the 4th March , 1968 , in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply ( Department of Foreign Trade ) No. S.O. 922 , dated the 3rd March , 1969 , and in the Ministry of Foreign Trade No S.O. 835. dated the 28th February , 1970 , the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Pratap Spinning . Weaving and Manufacturing Company Limited , Amalner (Maharashtra ) , had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above for a period upto and inclusive of the 3rd September , 1970 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period of three months;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65

of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the Order first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 3rd December , 1970 .

फा ० प्रा ० 2969-यतः भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के आवेश संख्या का ० भा ० 816, दिनांक 4 मार्च , 1968 , भूतपूर्व विदेशी व्यापार तथा आपूर्ति मन्त्रालय ( विदेशी व्यापार विभाग ) के आ ० का ० संख्या 922 , दिनांक 3 मार्च , 1969 और विदेशी व्यापार मक्षालय के आदेश सं ० का ० श्रा ० 835 दिनांक 28 फरवरी , 1970 के साथ पठित भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व वाणिज्य तथा उद्योग मंत्रालय के आदेश स ० का ० आ ० 581 , दिनांक 4 मार्च , 1963 द्वारा प्रताप स्पिनिग , बीबिग एण्ड मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग कम्पनी लिमिटेड श्रमालनेर ( महाराष्ट्र ) नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध ऊपर र्वाणत अन्तिम आदेश में निदिष्ट प्राधिकृत नियंत्रक द्वारा 3 सितम्बर , 1970 तक की कालावधि के लिये , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , ले लिया गया था ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह गय है कि ोक हित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त प्राधि- कृत नियंबक द्वारा उस औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध तीस मास की अतिरिक्त कालावधि के लिये बना रहना चाहिए ।
अतएव अब उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 क की उपधारा ( 2 ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतवद्वारा यह निदेश देती है कि ऊपर वर्णित अन्तिम आदेश 3 दिसम्बर , 1970 की कालावधि लक, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18A of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in continuation of the Orders of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce Nos . S.O. 2082 , dated the 10th June , 1968, S.O. 4652 , dated the 30th December , 1968 , in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply ( Department of Foreign Trade ) No. S.O. 923 , dated the 3rd March , 1969 , and in the Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 836 , dated the 28th February, 1970 , the Central Government hereby extends the term of Shri T. G. Chowdhari for a further period upto and inclusive of the 3rd December , 1970 .

आषेश संख्या का ० आभा ० 923 , दिनांक 3 मार्च , 1969 तथा विधेशी व्यापार मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० श्र ० 836 दिनांक 28 फरवरी , 1970 के क्रम में , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतवद्वारा श्री टी० जी ० चोधरी की पदागधि को 3 दिसम्बर , 1970 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी शामिल है , की अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है ।
