G.S.R. 1311.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), and sub-rules (2) and (4) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government hereby reappoints Dr. M. Pathak to be a director in the Board of Directors of the Food Corporations of India.

Das, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Food, Agri- culture, Community Development and Cooperation (Depanrtmeat of Cooperation), New Delhi as a director in the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India, vice Shrl M. Subramanyam, and makes the fc/llowjng amendment in the notification of the Government of India In the late Ministry of Food and Agri- culture (Department of Food), No. G.SH. 37 dated the 2nd January, 1P65, namely:—
In the said notification, under the heading "Directors appointed under section 7(1) (b)" for the entry against Item (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely : —
"Shri A. Das, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Food. Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Cooperation), New Delhi."
