8.0 . 2976.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (25 of 1946 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the following offences as the offences which are to be investigated by the Delhi Special Police Establishment , namely
(a) offences punishable under sections 147 , 336 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 (45 of 1860 ) ,
(b) attempts abetments and conspiracles ' n relation to , or in connection with one or more of the offences mentioned in clause ( a) and any other offence committed in the course of the same transaction ausing out of the same facts

का० प्रा ० 2976.--दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापन अधिनियम 1946 ( 1946 का 25) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित अपराधों को उन अपराधों के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिनका अन्वेषण दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापन द्वारा किया जाना है , अर्थात्
(क) भारतीय दण्ड संहिता 1860 ( 1860 का 45 ) की धारा 147, 335 , और 342 के अधीन दण्डनीय अपराध ।
(ख) खण्ड (क ) में वणित एक या अधिक अपराधों तथा एक हो तथ्यों से उद्भूत एक ही संख्यवहार के मनुक्रम में किए गए किसी अन्य अपराध के बारे में या के संबंध में- प्रपत्न, दुष्प्रेरण और षड़यंत्र ।

8.O. 2977.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 5, read with section 6 , of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act , 1946 (25 of 1946 ) , and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf , the Central Government with the consent of the Government of the State of Uttar Pradesh , hereby extends the ment to the State of Uttar powers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establish of Uttar Pradesh for the investigation of the offences punishable under sections 148 , 302 and 307, and sections 147 , 338 and 342 , of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860 ) , and any other offences committed in the course of the same transaction relating to the incidents that took place on the 10th August , 1970 , in village Rajinder Nagar , P.S. Mohammadabad , district Farrukhabad , in which a boy was killed and an attack was made on the Staff Car of Shrimati Vidya Wati Rathore . Minister for Social Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh .

जो जन घटनाओं से सम्बन्धित हैं जो 10 अगस्त , 1970 को राजिन्द्र नगर ग्राम पुलिस स्टेशन मोहम्मदा बाद, जिला फरुखाबाद में हुई थी जिसमें एक बालक मारा गया था और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को समाज कल्याण मंत्री श्रीर्मात विद्यावती राठौर को स्टाफ कार पर आक्रमण किया गया था , का अन्वेषण करने के लिए, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में विस्तार करती है ।
