IMPORT TRADE CONTROL New Delhi, the 9th September 1970 SUBJECT.—Import of raw cotton (S. No. 2/III) during April 1970—March 1971 period.
No. 138-ITC(PN)/70.—It has been decided to canalise the import of raw cotton (S. No. 2/III) through the Cotton Corporation of India Ltd., Bombay with effect from the 15th September, 1970.
2. The relevant entry against S. No. 2/III in Section II of the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book—Vol. I) for the period April 1970—March 1971 may be deemed to have been amended accordingly. The following entry may be deemed to have been inserted at the appropriate place in Part A of Section III of the said Red Book: —
