(RUBBER CONTROL)
New Delhi, the 12th September 1970
S.O. 3006.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Rubber Act, 1947 (24 of 1947) and in partial modification of the Govern- ment of India, late Ministry of Commerce Notification S.O. No. 3772 dated the 20th October, 1967, the Central Government hereby fixes with immediate effect for all classes of business the minimum price of Rs. 520 per 100 kgs. for R.M.A. I grade rubber nearest district headquarters exclusive of cess and sales tax.
