New Delhi , the 11th September 1970
G.S.R. 1341. In exercise of the powers conterred by clause (d ) of rule 8 of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat ( Recruitment and Conditions of Service ) Rules , 1957 , the Chairman , after consultation with the Ministry of Finance , hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to those Rules , namely In the Second Schedule to the said Rules , under the heading "Class III New- Gazelted"
In column 3 showing the " Pay or scale of pay otherwise admissible "- against item " 36. Despatch Rider " for the existing entry the following shall he substituted:-
"Rs . 110-3-131-4-139 "
(The amendment takes effect from the 1st March , 1970 ) .
