No. 148-ITC(PN)/70.—.Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters cantained in Volume II of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Red Book) for the year April. 1970—.March, 1971 issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 48-ITC(PN) dated 31-3-1970.
2. The following amendments may be made at the appropriate places as indicated below:—.

Note;—This amendment will take effect in respect of exports effected from 1-7-1970. 4. The spelling of the item "(a) Salicyamide N.F." mentioned in para 3 of Public Notice No. 108-ITCCPNV70 dated 22-7-1970 may be amended to read as "( a) Salicylamide N.F.".

No. 149-ITCCPNV70 Attention is invited to Public' Notice No. ig6-ITC:PN)/69, dated 8th December 1969 relating to the scheme of registration of export contracts involving deh veric3 extending over a period of not less than 12 months.
2. It Has now been decided that the running contracts on 1st April, 1969, with the remaining delivery period of not less than 12 months may also be provided the facility of registration of con- tracts announced in the Public Notice dated 8th December 1969. This provision will not be appli- cable in respect of the export products on which the rate of import replenishment has been reduced und/or abolished during the period from ist April 1969 to 31st March 1970.
3. Such contracts will be registered with the authorised dealers in foreign exchange within a fortnight from the date of issue of this Public Notice, in terms of the procedure: laid down in the Public Notice dated 8-12-1969, referred to above.
