(RUBBER CONTROL)
New Delhi, the 14th September 1970
S.O. 3119.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Rubber Act, 1947(24 of 1947) and in supersession of the Government of India, late Ministry of Commerce Notification S.O. No. 3772 dated the 20th October, 1967, the Central Government hereby fixes with immediate effect for all classes of business the following minimum prices nearest District headquarters, exclusive of cess and sales tax, for the various grades and qualities of rubber other than R.M.A.I. and late of different concentrations, excluding the cost of container, as mentioned below, namely :—
