S.O. 3123.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1969 (56 of 1969), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 1970 is the date on which the provisions of sections and 13, clause(a) of section 16, clause (e) of section 29, sections 36 and 37, sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of section 41, sections 44, 45 and 56 of the laid Act shall come into force.
