New Delhi, the 19th September 1070

GSR. 1687.—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 13 of the

Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the follow-

ing amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of

Finance No. 64-Customs, dated the 1st July, 1970, namely: —

In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, serial No. 4 and the entries

relating thereto shall be omitted.
