NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd September 1970
S.O. 3179.—In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, and in super- session of its Notification No. 508/AP/66, dated the 7th January, 1967, the Elec- tion Commission, in consultation with the State Government, hereby designates—
(i) the Collector of each of the districts in the State of Andhra Pradesh other than Hyderabad district as the district election officer for his district, and
(ii) the Commissioner of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and the Collec- tor of Hyderabad district as the district election officers for that district,
