NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th September 1970
G.S.R. 1720.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Explanation 1 to section 44A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1008), the Central Government hereby declares, with effect on and from the 26th September, 1970, the Territory of Papua and New Guinea to be reciprocating territory for the purposes of the said section and specifies the Supreme Court of the Territory of Papua and New- Guinea as a superior Court with reference to such territory.
