NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st October 1970
S.O. 3271.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Export of Minerals and Ores—Group II (Inspection) Rules, 1965, namely:—
1. These rules may be called the Export of Minerals and Ores—Group II (Ins- pection) Amendment Rules, 1970.
2. In rule 7 of the Export of Minerals and Ores—Group II (Inspection) Rules, 1966, for serial Number 7 to 11 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall foe substituted, namely :—
"7. Barytes
8 Red Oxide 9, Yellow Ochra
10. Steatite 11. Feldspar
