MINISTRY OF FOOD, AGRICULTURE, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND COOPERATION (Department of Food) ORDER New Delhi the 1st October 1970
G.S.R. 1753,—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-mill) Price Control Order, 1969, namely: —
1. (1) This Order may be railed the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-mill) Price Control (Second Amendment) Order, 1970. (2) It shall come into force at once.
2, In the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-mill) Price Control Order, 1969: —
(a) in Table. I annexed to the said Order,—
(i) in the heading to Column (2), the word "Mysore", shall be omitted; (ii) In the heading to Column (4), after the word "Tamil Nadu' the words "and Mysore" shall be inserted;
(b) in Table II annexed to the said Order,—
(i) in the heading to Column (2), the word "Mysore" shall be omitted; (ii) In the heading to Column (5) after the words "West Bengal" the words "and Mysore" shall be Inserted.
