NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th October 1970
G.S.R. 1794.—In exercise of the powers conferred toy section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1970, namely: —
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Amend- ment Order, 1970.
2. In the Schedule to the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1970, for item "II. Flat Transportation Charges" and the entries thereunder, the following shall be substituted, namely: —
"II. Flat transportation charges In RS. per Kilo Litre.
(a) Kerosene Superior Rupees Forty-eight decimal
seven two one one.
(b) Kerosene Inferior Rupees Forty-eight decimal
