New Delhi, the 17th October 1970
G.S.R. 1796|Sugar Export.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1938), the Central Government hereby fixes, in addition to quantity already fixed for export, 3,437.4 tonnes (three thousand tour hundred and thirty-seven point four tonnes) of sugar as the quantity which may be exported during the period com- mencing on the date of publication of this notification and ending with the 31st day of December, 1970.
