G.S.R. 1800.—Sugar Export.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section II of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by Section 5 of the said Act shall be exerciseable also by the Deputy Director (Accounts), Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati, Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food).
