S.R.O. 26-E.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares every service connected with the supply of electricity in the State of Punjab to be a service of vital importance to the community
