New Delhi, the 21st October 1970
G.S.R. 1820/Sugar Export.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of Section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central Government hereby fixes, in addition to quantity already fixed for export, 25,000 tonnes (twentyfive thousand tonnes) of sugar as the Quantity which may be exported during the period commencing on the date of publication of this notification and ending with the 31st day of December, 1970.
