New Delhi, the 22nd October 1970
S.O. 3488.—/IDRA/18G/69.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 G and Section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 19S1 (65 of 1951), and of all other powers enabling It in this behalf, the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely,
1. (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Third Amendment) Order, 1970.
(2) It shall come into force with effect from the 24th October, 1970.
2. In Clause 8 of the Cement Control Order, 1967,—
(i) in item (a) for the figures "154.13" the figures "157.33" shall be substituted;
(ii) in Item (b), for the figures "131.13" the figures "134.33" shall be
