S.O. 3546.—In supersession of this Department's Notification No. 4(8)/67-SD, dated the 26th September, 1968 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Seeds Act 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government hereby constitutes the Central Seed Committee consisting of the following members, namely: —
