G.S.R. 1862.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (d) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act 1964 (37 of 1964) and sub-rule (4) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government hereby reappoints Shri J. A. Dave as the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India.
