S.O. 3648.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969), the Central Government hereby specifies the 1st December, 1970. as the day on and from which every agreement falling within clauses (a) to (j) and (1) of sub-section (1) of section 33 of the said Act shall become registrable under the said Act.
