ORDER
New Delhi, the 9th November, 1970
S.O. 3710.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 581, dated the 4th March, 1963, read with the Orders of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 816, dated the 4th March, 1968, in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply (Department of Foreign Trade) No. S.O. 922, dated the 3rd March, 1969, and in the Ministry of Foreign Trade Nos. S.O. 835, dated the 28th February, 1970, and S.O. 2969, dated the 2nd September, 1970, made under section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Pratap Spinning, Weaving and Manufacturing Company Limited, Amalner (Maharashtra), had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above;
And whereas it appears to the Central Government that the purpose of the Order made under the said section 18A has been fulfilled;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 18F of the said Act, the Central Government hereby cancels the Order first mentioned above.
This Order shall come into force on and from the 4th December, 1970.
