NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 10th Novernber 1970
S.O. 3713. The Central Government , in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under sec- tion 5 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation ) Act , 1952 ( 74 of 1952 ) by the Indian Exchange Limited , Amritsar , and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest to do so , hereby grants in exercise of the powers con- ferred by section 6 of the said Act , recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of one year from the 11th November , 1970 , upto the 10th November , 1971 ( both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in cottonseed .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as mav from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .

का०पा ० 3713. केन्द्रीय सरकार ने वायदा बाजार आयोग से परामर्श करके इण्डियन एक्सचेंज लिमिटेड, अमृतसर द्वारा अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74) की धारा 5 के अधीन मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए श्रावेदन पर विचार करने पर, और यह समाधानः हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोक हित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को 11 नवम्बर , 1970 से 10 नवम्बर , 1971 तक ( जिसमें दोनों दिन सम्मिलित हैं ) की एक वर्ष की और कालावधि के लिए बिनौले में अग्रिम संविदा की बाबत मान्यता , प्रदान करती है ।
2. एतद्वारा प्रदान की गई मान्यता इस शर्त के अध्यधीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज ऐसे निदेशों का अनुपालन करेगा जसा कि वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय -समय पर दिए जाएं ।

8.O. 3714 / IDRA / 15 / 70.-Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that there is likely to be a substantial fall in the volume of production in respect of sugar manufac tured in the industrial undertaking known as Messrs . H. R. Sugar Factory , Bareilly , for which, having regard to the economic conditions prevailing in the country, there is no Justification;
And whereas the Central Government is further of the opinion that the said industrial undertaking is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the sugar industry and to public interest;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951) , the Central Government hereby appoints , for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case , a body of persons ' consisting of the following persons , namely:-

का० प्रा ० 3714/ भाई ० डी० प्रार ० ए ० / 15/ 70.--यतः फेन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि प्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम , जो मैसर्स एच ० आर ० शूगर फैटरी बरेली , के नाम से जाना जाता है , में विनिमित चीनी की बाबत उत्पादन की मात्रा में सारवान गिरावट होने की संभावना है और , जिसके लिये देश में विद्यमान आर्थिक परिस्थितियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए कोई औषित्य नहीं है ;

और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह भी राय है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध ऐसी रीति से किया जा रहा है जो चीनी उद्योग और लोक हित के लिए अहितकर है ;
अतः अब उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 65) की श्वारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा मामले की परिस्थितियों का पूर्णरूपेण अन्वेषण करने के लिए निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों से गठित व्यक्तियों का एक निकाय नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्:-

का० प्रा० 3715/ 15 आई ० डी० प्रार ० ए०/ 70 -यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि आजम जाही मिल्स लि० , वारंगल नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम में निर्मित सूती वस्त्रों के संबंध में उत्पादन के परिमाण में भारी गिरावट हुई है अथवा होने की संभावना है , जिसके लिये , विद्यमान आर्थिक स्थितियों को देखते हुए , कोई औचित्य नहीं है ।
अतः अब उद्योग (विकास तथा विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार मामले की परिस्थितियों की समग्र तथा पूर्ण जांच करने के प्रयोजनार्थ निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों के एक निकाय की एतद्वारा नियुक्ति करती है :-

कॉ० प्रा ० 3716.-यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि बंगाल फाइन स्पिनिंग एण्ड बीविंग मिल्स लि ० , ( सं ० 1 तथा 2 ) , कोन नगर ( जिला हुगली ) तथा काट गंज ( जिला नाडिया ) , नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम में निर्मित सूती वस्त्रों के संबंध में उत्पादन के परिमाण में भारी गिरावट हुई है अथवा होने की संभावना है , जिसके लिए , विद्यमान श्रार्थिक स्थितियों को देखते हुए कोई औचित्य नहीं है ।
