S.O. 3718.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section ISA of the Industries

development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), and in partial modification of the

Order of the Government of India In the Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 2970, dated

the 2nd September, 1970, the Central Government hereby authorises with effect from the

10th November, 1970, the Maharashtra State Textile Corporation Limited to take over the

management of the whole of the Pratap Spinning, Weaving and Manufacturing Company

Limited, Amalner (Maharashtra) vice Shri T. G. Chowdhari.
