8.0 . 3721 / IECA/ 3 / 3 / 70.- In excercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Im- ports and Exports ( Control) Act , 1947 , ( 18 of 1947 ) the Central Government , hereby makes the following order further to amend the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 , namely:-
2. This order may be called the Imports (Control ) Third Amendment Order , 1970 .
3. In Schedule I to the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 .
(A) in part IV
for Serial No. 150 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely:-

एस ० ओ ० 3721 / भाई ० ई ० सी ० ए० / 3 / 3/ 70.-श्रायात-निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम 1947 ( 1947 का 18 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रवत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा ( नियंत्रण ) श्रादेश , 1955 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश का मिर्माण करती है , अर्थात्:-
2. इस आदेश को आयात ( नियंत्रण ) तीसरा संशोधन भादेश , 1970 की संशा दी जाए ।
3. भामात ( नियंत्रण) के लिए अनुसूची 1 में आदेश , 19551
(ए) भाग 4 में:
क्रमसंख्या 150 तथा इससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्मलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा प्रविष्टियां प्रति स्थापित की जाएंगी, प्रर्थात:-
