No. i98-ITC(PN)/69 dated 18-12-1969- and No. 38-nC(IN)/7O dated27-2-i97O regarding the import of tractors by agriculturists as gift.

2. The position has been reviewed and it has been decided to extend the last date for sub- mission of applications for Customs Clearance Permits from the 3iBt October, 1970 to 31st October, ¹ 971. Applications received after the 31st October, 1971 will not be entertained.

3. It has also teen decid to ieeue Custome Clearance? ermits in cases where the donor i" the son-in-Iaw/giand father/brothcr-in-law (wife'fi/hiiBt £ nri' s other) and the donee is father-in- 1 aw/grand daughtei/brother-in-law (sister's husband) /brother's wife and vice versa.
