S.O. 3767.—Whereas the government of Maharashtra have intimated certain printing and other advertisements that have except in the Election Commission's Notification N o.
/App-69 dated the January 1970 published in by the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary. PartII.Section3(ii)datedthe14thJanuary1970wherebyamendments were made in the description of certain constituencies mentioned in Part B of Schedule Xtothe Delimitation of ParliamentandAssemblyConstituenciesOrder1966
And whereas the Election Commission consider it necessary that those errors in the description of the constituencies should by corrected;
Now. therefore, in exercise of the powers, conferredbyclause ( a) of sub-section ( 1) of t he R e p r e s e n t a t i on of the Election Commission hereby makes the correction in the said order as follows
1 IN part B Assembly constituencies
(1) In 229 M u l s hi in item (F) for the figure and word "28 to 30" substitute of
the figures and word"28and30";
(ii) In 230 Haveli
(i) In the letters , words and Poona Municipal Corporation)"
(111) For the existing item (c) substitute the words and figures and brackets "area
of ward 70, namely, Lohogaon village (excluding survey No". 198, 199, 204
to 207) and Vadgaon Sheri village (excluding survey Nos. 23 to 33, 34A
and 34B)";
(3) in 233 Shukrewar Petb,
(i) against item (e) (i) after tho words, figure and brackets "item (i)" add the
words and figure "of Annexure II";
(ii) against item (e)(ii), for the figures "126, 127" substitute the figures and
word "126 to 137";
(4) in 234 Shivmjinagar,
(i) before the existing entry T he wards and areas of wards of Poona Municipal
Corporation, specified below" interest the figure and brackets "(i)";
(ii) against item (c) for the words and bracket" "Havell taluka" substitute the
words and bracket "Haveli taluka); and"
(ill) after item (c) insert the figures, words and brackets "(ii) Kirkee Canton-

(i) for the existing entry' against item (b), substitute the following:—

(II) against item (c)(i), for the existing entry substitute the entry:—

village and survey Nos. 76, 87 to 105 and 312 of Hadapsar village in
Haveli taluka)"; and
