G.S.R. 1930.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (a) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), and sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government hereby re-appoints Shri Shah Nawaz Khan as the Chair- man of the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India, with effect from the 2nd December, 1970.
