S.R.O. 27-E.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares every service connected with the running of the thermal power stations of the Damodar Valley Corporation in the States of Bihar and West Bengal to be a service of vital importance to the community.
