IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 25th November 1970
S.O. 3802.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order , further to amend the Imports ( Control ) Order, 1955, namely:
1. This Order may be called the Imports ( Control ) fourth Amendment Order. 1970 .
2. In the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 , the existing clause 11 ( 1 ) ( e) shall be substituted by the following , namely :-
"( e) which are in transit through India by post or otherwise , or are redirected by post or otherwise to a destination outside India, except Nepal , Tibet and Bhutan provided that such goods while in India are always in the custody of the postal/ customs authorities ."

नई दिल्ली, 25 नवम्बर , 1970
एस०ओ ० 3802 - आयात तथा निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 18) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार आयात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1955 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश का निर्माण करती है , अर्थात् : --
1. इस आदेश को आयात ( नियंत्रण ) चतुर्थ संशोधन श्रादेश , 1970 की संज्ञा वी जाय ।
2. आयात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1955 में वर्तमान धारा 11 ( 1 ) ( ई ) निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी , अर्थात्
" ( ई ) जो डाक द्वारा या अन्यथारूप से भारत के माध्यम से पारगमन के लिए है अथवा डाक द्वारा या अन्यथारूप से नेपाल , तिब्बत तथा भूटान को छोड़कर - भारत से बाहर गन्तव्य देश के लिए है, अनुप्रेषित किए जाते हैं , बशर्ते कि इस प्रकार के माल जब भारत में हैं , तो वे सदा डाक/ सीमा-शुल्क प्राधिकारियों की श्रभिरक्षा में रहे हैं । "

1. This Order may be called the Imports ( Control ) fifth Amendment Order , 1970.
2. In the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 , in clause 11 ( 2 ) , the existing sub- clause ( f ) shall be substituted by the following , namely :-
" ( f) High purity chemicals , by Research and analytical laboratories , for their own use , provided the c.i.f. value of such goods imported at any one time shall not exceed five hundred rupees . "

एस० श्रो० 3803 - आयात तथा निर्यात ( नियंत्रण) अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 18 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार श्रायात ( नियंत्रण) आदेश , 1955 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश का निर्माण करती है , अर्थात्:-
1. इस आदेश को श्रायात (नियंत्रण) पंचम संशोधन आदेश , 1970 की संज्ञा दी जाय ।

2. ग्रायात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश 1955 की धारा 11 ( 2 ) में वर्तमान उपधारा ( एफ ) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा , अर्थात् :--
"( एफ ) अनुसंधान तथा विश्लेषण प्रयोगशालाओं द्वारा अपने स्वयं के प्रयोग के लिए उच्च शुद्धता वाले रसायन , बशर्ते कि किसी भी एक समय में इस प्रकार के आया- तित माल का लागत -बीमा भाडा मूल्य पांच सौ रूपये से अधिक नहीं होगा । "
