NOTIFICATION
, New Delhi, the 26th November 1970
S.O. 3804.—The Central Government, having considered In consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the applications for recognition made under section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by (i) the Central India Commercial Exchange Ltd., Gwalior and (ii) the Kanpur Oils and Oilseeds Exchange Ltd., Kanpur and being satisfied that it would be in the inter- est of the trade and also in the public Interest so to do, hereby grants, in exer- cise of the powers conferred toy section 6 of the said Act recognition to the said associations for a period of three years from the 26th November, 1&70 to the 25th November, 1973 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in gur.
The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said associa- tions shall comply with such directions as may from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission.
