S.O. 3810.—In pursuance of paragraph (a) of section III of rule 434 of the Indian Telegraph Rules, 1951, the Director General of Posts and Telegraphs hereby rescinds with effect from the 1st December, 1970, notification of the Government of India in the Department of Communication (Post3 and Telegraphs Board) No. S.O. 363 dated the 14th November, 1970, foor the introduction of measured rate system at Gangtok Telephone Exchange.
