ORDER
New Delhi, the 3rd December 1970
G.S.R. 1987.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby res- cinds the Andhra Pradesh Coarse Grains (Export Control) Order, 19G5 pub- lished with the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, (Department of Food), G.S.R. No. 88 dated the 5th January, 1965: —
Provided that such rescission shall not effect-
fa) the previous operation of the said Order or anything duly done or suffered thereunder; or
(b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or in- curred under the said Order; or
(c) any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against the said Order; for
(d) any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punish- ment as aforesaid;
