NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th November 1970
S.O. 3889.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13B and sub section (1) of section 13C of the Representation of the People ACT, 1950, and in supersession of it Notification No. 429/DL/69, dated the 13th November, 1969, the Election Commission hereby appoints, in respect of each of the Parliamentary constituencies in the Union Territory of Delhi, specified in column (1) of the Table below:—
(a) the officer designated in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table to be
the Electoral Regulation Officer ; and
(b) the officer designated in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table to be
the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer.
