New Delhi, the 4th December 1970
S.O. 3893.—In pursuance of paragraph 17 of the Election Symbols (Reserva- tion and Allotment) Order, 198B, the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendment in its notification No. 56/89-II (S.O. 89), dated the 4th January, 1969, namely:—
In Table 3, against the entry "8. Madhya Pradesh" for the entries "(6) Cultivator winnowing grain! and (7) Haldhar" the entries "(6) Cultivator winnowing grain, (7) Haldhar and (8) Railway Engine" shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 30th November, 1970,
