S.R.O .29-E.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares every service connected with the maintenance or operation, or both of the Trunk Telephone Exchanges, in the State of West Bengal to be a service of vital importance to the community.
