S.O. 3935/15/IDRA/70.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (66 of 1951), and in partial modification of order No. 2063/15/IDRA/70, dated the 2nd June, 1970, of late Ministry of Industrial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Depart- ment of Industrial Development), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. R. Khare, Senior Accounts Officer, Office of the Regional Director, Bombay, as a member of the body of persons appointed to make Investigation into the affairs of the Jaya Shankar Mills, Barsi Ltd. Barsi, Distt. Sholapur (Maharashtra), vice Shri V. A. Mahajan.
