S.O. 3936.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), Government hereby rescinds the Order of the Government of India, Ministry of Industrial Develop- ment, Internal Trade and Company Affairs No. SO. 1366/15/IDRA/70, dated the 7th April, 1970.
