NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th December 1970
S.O. 3941. Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Export ( Quality Control and Inspec- tion) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) ,itis necessary or expedient so to do for the develop- ment of the Export trade of India that five additional items of inorganic chemicals as mentioned below should be subject to quality control and inspection prior to export and for that purpose to amend the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce S.O. 1270 dated the 25th March , 1966 , in the manner specified below:
And whereas the Central Government has forwarded the proposal in that behalf to the Export Inspection Council , as required by sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 11 of the Export ( Quality Control and Inspection ) Rules , 1964;
Now , therefore , in pursuance of the said sub - rule the Central Government hereby publishes the said proposal for the information of the public likely to be affected thereby .
2. Notice is hereby given that any person desiring to forward any objections or suggestions with respect to the sald proposal may forward the same within

Proposal
The notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 1270 dated the 25th March , 1966 , shall be amended as follows , namely: -- In the Schedule to the said notification , after serial number 16 and the entry relating thereto , the following shall be added , namely:-
" 17. Aluminium Chloride
18. Barium Chloride
19. Zinc Sulphite
20. Calcium Carbonate
21. Potassium Permanganate . "

का० प्रा ० 3941 .--यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि निर्यात (गुण नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 22 ) को श्रारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के निर्यात व्यापार के विकास के लिए ऐसा करना आवश्यक या मनीचोन है कि अकार्बनिक रसायन की पांच अतिरिक्त मदे जैसा कि नोचे वर्णित है, निर्यात में पूर्व गुण नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण के अध्य- धीन होनी चाहिए और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के भूनपूर्व वाणिज्य मन्त्रालय को अधिसूचना का० श्रा ० 1270 तारीख 25 मार्च, 1966 को नोचे विनिर्दिष्ट रोनि में संशोधन करना है ।
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उस निमित्त निर्यात ( गुण नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) नियम, 1964 केनियम 11 के उपनियम ( 2) को अवेशानुसार निर्यात निरोक्षण परिषद् की प्रस्थापना अग्रेषित किया है :
अतः , अब , उक्त उपनियम के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त प्रस्थापना को जनना की, जिसका उसके द्वारा प्रभावित होना संभाव्य है, जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित करती है ।
2. एतद्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति जो उक्त प्रस्थापना की बाबत कोई आक्षेप या सुझाव भेजना चाहे, उन्हें शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख के साठ दिन के भीतर निर्यात निरीक्षण परिषद्, "वल्र्ड ट्रेड सैन्टर " , 14/1 बी , इजरा स्ट्रीट , ( 7 वी ) मंजिल , कलकत्ता-1 को भेज सकता है ।

स्थापना
भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० श्र० 1270 तारीख 25 मार्च , 1966 , निम्नलिखित रूप में संशोधित की जाएगी, श्रर्थात्: -
उक्न अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 16 और उसमे संबंधित प्रविष्टि में निम्नलिखित जोड़ दिया जाएगा । अर्थात्: -
" 17 ऐलुमिनियम क्लोराइड 18. बेरियम क्लोराइड 19. जिंक सल्फाइड 20. के नशियम कार्बोनेट 21. पोटेशियम परमेंगनेट । "
