8.0. 8942. In exercise of the powers conrerrea by section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Imports ( Control ) Order, 1958 , namely:-
19. This Order may be called the Imports (Control ) Seventh Amendment Order ,
3. In the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1055-
(1 ) the clause 2 ( aaa ), shall be substituted by the following , namely: - "Chief Controller of Imports and Exports " includes a Joint Chief Controller of Imports and Exports , a Deputy Chief Controller of Imports and Exports and a Deputy Iron and Steel Controller .
(2) in clause 9, the words " or the Development officer ( Tools ) , the Development Wing" appearing after the words " the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports " shall be deleted .
(3) the clause 10E shall be substituted by the following , namely : -
" 10E. Power of Deputy Iron and Steel Controller . The powers exerciseable under clauses 8 , 8A or 10C shall also be exerciseable by the Deputy Iron and Steel Controller , against a licensee or importer or any other person in relation to goods licensable by the Deputy Iron and Steel Controller , that is to say, Iron and Steel and Ferro - alloys ."

ब्रायात व्यापार निमंत्रण
नई दिल्ली , 16 दिसम्बर 1970
एस ० प्रो० 3942. प्रायात तथा नियीत ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 18 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार आयात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश, 1955 में भागे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश का निर्माण करती है, अर्थात:-
1. इस आदेश का आयात ( नियंत्रण ) सातवा सशोधन आदेश, 1970 की सज्ञा दी जाए ।
2. प्रायात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1955 में
(1) धारा 2 ( एएएं ) निम्मलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात् " मुख्य नियंत्रक आयात तथा निर्यात " में एक संयुक्त मुख्य नियंत्रक , भ्रायात -निर्यात एक उप- मुख्य नियंत्रक, आयात निर्यात तथा उप नियंत्रक लोहा तथा इस्पात शामिल हैं,
( 2 ) धारा 9 में शब्द " मुख्य नियंत्रक आयात तथा निर्यात" के बाद दिखाए गए शब्द " अथवा विकास अधिकारी ( औजार ) विकास स्कन्ध" हटाए जाएंगें ।
( 3) धारा 10 ई निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात् :-
" 10 ई उप नियंत्रक लोहा तथा इस्पात के अधिकार.-धारा 8,8 ए अथवा 10 सी के अन्तर्गत प्रयोज्य अधिकार, उप- नियंत्रक लोहा तथा इस्पात द्वारा लाइसेंसधारी अथवा आयातक अथवा अन्य किसी व्यक्ति के विपरीत उप नियंत्रक लोहा तथा इस्पात द्वारा लाइसेंस दिए जाने योग्य मदों के सम्बन्ध में जैसे कि लोहा तथा इस्पात तथा फैरो-अलाय के लिए भी प्रयोज्य होंगे ।

( 4) वर्तमान अनुसूची -2 निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:-

प्रायत लाइसेंस प्रदान करने वाले समर्थ अधिकारी
1. मुख्य नियंत्रक , भ्रायात -निर्यात
2. एक संयुक्त मुख्य नियंत्रक , आयात-निर्यात
3. एक उप- मुख्य नियंत्रक, आयात -निर्यात
एक नियंत्रक, मायात तथा निर्यात
अनसूची 1 के भाग 1 से 4 द्वारा सम्मिलित किसी भी माल के लिए

5. अनसूची 1 में निहित किसी मद के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा प्राधिकृत कोई भी अधिकार
6. एक उप- नियंत्रक , लौहा तथा इस्पात
7. एक सहायक नियंतक , लोहा तथा इस्पात
लोहा तथा इस्पात तथा फैरो अलाय के लिए 8. नियंत्रक आयात तथा निर्यात , न्यू कान्डला (जहां तक काम्हला मुक्त व्यापार क्षेत्र का सम्बन्ध है )
