G.S.R. 2047.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , read with sub- section ( 3 ) of section 3 of the Mineral Products (Additional Duties of Excise and Customs ) Act, 1958 ( 27 of 1958) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Depart-

ment of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 232 / 67 - Central Excises , dated 9th October , 1967 , namely:-
In the said notification , for the Table , the following Table shall be substitut- ed namely :-

सा० का ० मि ० 2047- खनिज उत्पाद ( अतिरिक्त उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमा शुल्क ) अधि- नियम, 1958 ( 1958 का 27 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्कनियम , 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 232/67-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 9 अक्टूबर 1967 में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात :--
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी के स्थान पर निम्नलिजित सारणी प्रतिस्थापित की जायगी, अर्थात : --

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , read with sub - section ( 3 ) of section 3 of the Mineral Products ( Additional Duties of Excise and Customs ) Act , 1958 ( 27 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Depart- ment of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 14 / 67- Central Excises , dated the 21st January , 1967 , namely :-
In the said notification , for the expression " Rs . 21.15 per kilolitre at fifteen degrees of Centigrade thermometer " the expression "Rs . 16.61 per kilolitre at fifteen degrees of Centigrade thermometer . " shall be substituted .

सा ०फा ०नि ० 2048. खनिज उत्पाद ( अतिरिक्त उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमा शुल्क ) श्रधि- नियम, 1958 ( 1958 का 27 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधि- सूचना सं ० 14/ 67 -केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क तारीख 21 जनवरी 1967 में और श्रागे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , " सेण्टीग्रेड थर्मामीटर की पन्द्रह डिग्री पर 21.15 रुपए प्रति किलो- लिटर" पद अभिव्यक्ति के स्थान पर " सैण्टीग्रेड थर्मामीटर की पन्द्रह डिग्री पर 16.61 रुपए प्रति किलोलिटर" पद अभिव्यक्ति प्रतिस्थापित की जायगी ।
