NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th December 1970

S.O. 4099.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 2673-B/IDRA/70, dated the 6th August, 1970, namely:—

In the said notification, in paragraph 1, for the words "two years", the words "five years" shall be substituted.
